light weight pulley?

hey guys so im thinking of making my first two mods on my dc5r a Injen cai, and a light weight pulley.
however im not actually sure where to buy a light weight pulley that will fit my dc5r, what costs im looking at, how hard are they to install, and will i see a noticable difference or nothing? lol

any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance! :D

A friend of mine with a 180sx said he felt the difference more apparent than doing a flywheel change.

ooo nicee (: its just acceleration right? i heard its good for like going up hills and if u use air con alot u feel less power drain?
