Well heres the deal... The car is virtualy red lining at 5000 rpm, Dizzy was replaced with a brand new Honda dizzy. When the motor is cold it stops at 3,500rpm , Ecu is not throwing any codes. Plugs have just been replaced and leads were replaced 20,000kms ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Matt
bump: ok the ecu is now throwing a code 2 O2B - Oxygen sensor #2 , could this be the answer to my problem?
whats actually happening? it literally wont rev past these limits?

Well if it is saying your O2 sensor is rooted,then fix that problem then look for more, One problem at a time, I always say.:)
2nd O2 sensor, you must have an OBD-0 engine then. you sure its not code 20, was it 2 real quick blinks or two long pulses. ?????
does your engine have cream connectors for the wiring. also was the car fine before. has anything been done ???
