Buddyclub fault?
Hey everyone,
I have a buddyclub rear camber kit on my DC5. After about 4-5 months of having them put in, I jacked them up and saw that they had both bent!. Is this normal? The part that connects the camber kit to the wheel part has sunk in. I attached some images to show what I mean.

did u get them installed at a mechaics or did u DIY???
if u got em done at a mechanics you should be able to claim warranty on them, if u DIY them u might not be able to

I got them installed at a mechanics. But I bought them over ebay. Ill try and track down the receipt, to claim warranty. Is this dangerous?

Yea I will get pics up soon. But pretty much the bits circled are what im talking about. On the pic of the kit the u-shaped section is straight on all sides, on the paint drawing the middle segment has been bent in. Just like mine. Looks like the metal there just gave way. What Im trying to discern, is this out of the ordinary and a hazard?

yes it is dangerous, take em off and put ur OEM 1s on.
you should be able to claim warranty through the seller if it states they do warranty.

Yeah that is dangerous, and sadly that isn't the first time I have read of a failure of the Buddy Club rear upper control arms for DC5. Lowie from ClubITR had his break, and another member on Honda-tech caught the bracket just before it was going to fail. Looks to be a material or design flaw.

:(.... very dangerous.
Got new hardrace rear camber for Dc5R if your keen on replacing those.

If I were to replace the camber kit with a new one, install it and measure everything up will I have to get a new wheel alignment? Cause I just discovered this while I was getting a new alignment and want to be cheap and not fork out an extra $55 to do it again.
