Project Evolve -EM1 - Apexi PFC B16B Map - A/F Ratio Check Power Run Dyno

Hi Folks,

In my previous post, http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthr...fix-**UPDATE**i was experiencing CEL code - Knocking on the Apexi PFC.

Engine: B16A2 STOCK
ECU: Apexi PFC (not tuned)
Map: B16B (preloaded)
Injectors: OEM
Ignition: OEM - 16deg. *2 BDTC
Fuel: Vortex98ron
Fuel Pressure: 42psi (thanks to the SARD FPR).
Current Mods: I/H/E/FPR
Klms: 210thou+

So after long FAQ's and investigations - turns out that the stupid OEM Knock sensor was just too dam sensitive and wasnt knocking at all.

So i decided to go to a well known tuner and got the A/F ratio checked.

According to the A/F Ratio - i am running abit rich, but is still drivable and wont cause engine damage. - but a full tune is required for a longer term perm solution and to unleash the PFC potential.

So below are the power Dyno graphs, showing A/F ratio and Torque vs KW.

Take note that: the PFC is still using the pre-loaded base map and engine internals are stock. Klms of the engine is close somewhere in the range of 210thou+ klms.

End Result: not bad for a stocker with minor mods and PFC not tuned. Cant wait for a full tune and see what the fhuker is gunna spit out!

Its not the best output graph curve like others, but its a starting point for a before and after result of the project.
