i have purchased a eg with b16, i got it blue slipped and he put the b16 engine number on the blue slip, previous owner doesn't have proof of purcahse for the engine ,
i went to rta today and they require it what happens here ?

What u will need is a receipt for proof of purchase.
RTA has strict guide lines to follow.
So no receipt no records update.
