ek fuel filter

Hi all,
Just a quick one,
about to change my fuel filter for my ek4 with a OEM replacement.
In the pack i got the fuel filter, two large washers (for the banjo bolt) and one small washer (which i think goes on the side with the flared fuel line).

The service manual has nothing referencing the small washer. Do i need it? and will i get a leak if i install it?

You will only need the two main washers for the banjo bolt as the flared pipe underneath seals itself once you thighten the thread up

Remember to loosen fuel cap before you replace it.

and to prime fuel before you start the car.
check if it's squirting ifuknowhatimean
