interchangable parts?

hey guys i was wondering if any other honda car parts would fit into an eg? for example would the front seats of a dc teg fit in an eg sedan?

i found a dc4 driver seat for sale and cause the one on my current car is a bit dodgy, would it fit? do i need any modifications?
