Which CL9 do I have? / DIY DRL Fogs

G'day,
I've got the '04 CL9 but I'm not sure how to determine if facelifted or not, so I'll post a picture of it and you can let me know.

I ask this because I am looking at getting a set of fog lights for it, BUT, I want to take out the bulbs and replace with a high output LED so I can use them as Daytime Runners.
Some of you may be aware I already have the Philips DRL's but due to the nature of the install they aren't fantastically bright from the frontal view (but they're stunning from a side offset!)
Anyone know if LED's in the standard fog cover would work well?

Could someone list a part number or something for the fog lights as well?

you have the pre face lift as its an 04. 06 onwards is facelift

Do you know where I could get the foglights? I don't need the bulbs or anything just the fitting with the lens.

EEK! That's more expensive than I thought... If I can be bothered I'll check out a wreckers but otherwise I'd be happy with my current setup.
Only cost me $100 so for the fun of making fog DRLs I'd rather not spend $150.
