As the title says, the actual strip of led's had broken from the housing and now dangles out of the spoiler. You can see its broken out of the spoiler and cant be glued for example.
What should I do?

So you can't use glue on the back?
We had glued it previously and they bit that was glued is now snapped off leaving no spot to put glue on to re-anchor.
Get a replacement LED cluster from an auto wreckers and reattach or get a new spoiler.
Either the hole for the screw in the LED are too big or there too big in the spoiler, if this is the case you could use a bigger screw.
I take it you tried epoxy glue?
