HondaR can get jdm dc2r bonnets.
they are all the same from 96-01 so look around.

SRS in sdynet got them
i got mine from them b4

i believe x-speed sell them in perth

I know this place can get JDM DC2 CF bonnets (they can't get AUDM). Whether they're cheap or not is another matter. They're in Melbourne around the Clayton area.
