cu2 usb

Hi all

Want to install USB port in my car , I believe there is USB kit from Honda but they cannot find the right part number, can anyone help?

Also anyone installed these?

But they come standard in the centre console?

Mine didn't come standard, what are you on about?

I think it's just maybe the 2008/2009 ones perhaps

My 2010 CU2 Lux doesnt come with USB either.

I have seen all cu2 in states have it, I'm sure I seen brochure where Honda stated its optional

I think usb became standard on the updated my12 cars. As well as standard integrated bluetooth, rather than the previous optional A pillar mounted thing.

USB came standard on the facelift models. For our pre-facelift models the only option we can get is the iPod connection kit.

I wonder if we could retrofit one from the wreckers? Don't think it's as simple as swapping out the headunits etc?

That's right. Usb is standard on facelift models. Pre facelift models are optional, so have to buy usb kit seperately :(
