If my ecu has been sitting on the shelf for 3 years, will it lose its tune from not being powered for such a long time?

94 dc2 with s100.

If my penoose hasnt been used in 3yrs in my pants .. Could i still get a woody and use it at full potential later down the track?

good thing about EPROMS and EEPROMS is they can be erased unlike the above dudes problems :)
