Which car?

hey guys,
just wondering what you guys think:

92 civic si with around 120k or a 96 cxi with around 80k

Which one would you guys pick and why?

Civic Cxi for sure.

Looks crapper IMHO, is much slower and more trouble for conversion in the future.

92 Civic Si cuz i reckon it looks better than ek and cuz cxi are crap. Arent they like the civic breeze of ek model. Aint knocking the civic breeze, use to have one as a get around car to work and uni. Love the eg shape.

the si engine is great too, zippy twin cam, 120000 for a 92 car is good milage too!

It depends what your after from a car, performance or better resale, economy, insurance......

si came with the power options, the cxi didnt but it depends on ur future mods

Get the Si, Twin Cam 1.6 with 100kw, power everything too.
Cxi not got no option and no sway bar so it will handle like a boat.

depends on the price difference?

if it was same price i'd get the CXI so i can do a conversion straight away... if the cxi was significantly higher in price then i get the Si.

I agree, if they were the same price it would be a bargain, but depends on your own opinion, whether you like the old or newer shape and also if you're planning to mod it in the future.
