Almost, that's $72 (!!!) for a bottom rad hose. I am after the heater hose. Have seen this on eBay from the USofA http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-89-91-...0ce0bb&vxp=mtr but will it suit ?
Repco had heater hoses and the difficult manifold to coolant pipe hose for my DA6 when i needed them about 18 months ago... Similar year as the ED
you can just get a length of normal heater hose cut and use that, 1 hose is straight and the other heater hose has a 90 deg bend but you should still be able to use the straight hose.
Thanks. Hope this is not the beginging of the end of the rest of the hoses as they are still the original ones in the car ! Better squeeze the others.
maybe you can cut and stretch the broken hose if its split on the end?
I'm willing to bet your distributor I leaking oil onto the heater hose
Torell that's just what we did in the end to get the car home ;-) Jasemas, reckon you hit the nail on the head, though I have changed the dizzy some months back to stop this the original one had been leaking for a number of years and no doubt had perished that end of the hose and caused it to split.
Cheers
Ron
if the hose now reaches, it will prob be fine for another 20 years?
Got one from supercheap for 20 bucks
