OEM.... ask ur honda dealer.... everyone will recomend that
mobile one 0-40 is good for vtec engine..: )

get OEM honda oil - reccommended is FEO high performance oil.
$30 ish for 5l from your local honda dealer.

motul turbolight 10w-40, or technosythese 5w-40 should do the trick (these will require a fastidious oil change and new filter every 5k)
how much does a new filter cost? (sorry if that was a dumb question, but i'm still a car novice)
