the problem is the cold impossible to lay paint evenly without it shrinking up
I was wondering if i could just sand and spray clear OR do i have to sand, respray base coat before clear.
To me it looks like your using cans and you cannot reach the middle section of the roof properly, also shows signs of you doing this in the open weather.
All of which is a big no no when doing something like this.
If you did use a gun, you weren't holding the gun on the correct angle? Hence why it may look like a spray can job.
I would start again cos not a big loss. Also would use primer this time, specially if you sanded past the factory primer/uneven sanding.
Also MPRS is correct about the weather too. Don't do it when its too cold. Let the sun roll up before spraying. Spend the cold morning preping! More time spent on prep the better end result.
Yeah thanks!
It was a spray can job, cos i didnt want to spend too much. I am planning to buy 2 more cans to even out the paint and paint this coming Thurs or Fri!!
Try graffiti paint
Are you painting it black or blue?
I am painting it supersonic blue. It is factory colour.
the problem is you are lacking consistency.
hold it away at a thumb to index length going one way.
once you reach the edge; stop and get the pressure up in the can.
that will fix your problem.
