Servicing 2006 Civic

I just had my 90,000km service at a Honda dealership, and it really didn't feel worth it...The dealership services seemed worthwhile when the car was still new, but not anymore...

Are people still servicing their cars at dealerships? Do you guys think I should just move on to a local mechanic, or just carry out the minor services myself (never done it before, but sounds straightforward?)

Local Mechanic that you know and trust just bring in the parts needed.
Or get a jack and some jackstands and do it your self.
