Best value for money suspension mods?

Hey guys i just bought an EK and want to fix up the handling for as cheap as possible! Just wondering what you would recommend as the best value for money suspension mod.

Do you reckon a rear swaybar would be the way to go? Or a front strut brace or front swaybar??

Let me know your experiences :)

PS. I will also be fitting some Whiteline lowered springs (using stock shocks), just want to know which bar will give me the best handling for the cheapest price (having no money being a student sucks :()

I think most people will say that you should look at a rear sway bar to improve the handling the best. I know whiteline also make these so check out there website.

Yeah i had a feeling the rear swaybar made the biggest difference in handling.. the Whiteline ones look good :)

whiteline sell matched kits for a lot of models, with different levels. Probably have one that would have springs and swaybar in it.

Yeah i know, quite expensive though. $871 installed for front + rear swaybars & camber/caster kit.

Doesn't even include springs.

yeah, but all their parts are designed to work together so if you're definately getting whiteline springs....

I'm sure most ppl on here will recommend some hard ass jap brand springs though.

Lets not forget that im on a fairly tight budget so cant really afford $871 + $300 for springs

Rear swaybar $220 + $300 for springs is much more affordable :)

yes but if you save your money you will be happier in the end :)

try to post it on want to buy section......i got most of my handleing parts from there......:D fount and rear sway bar, fount and rear tower bar and coilovers.....if u got all those ur car will drive way better than EK9:thumbsup:

best bang for buck

king springs approx $320.00 a set

whiteline adjustable sway bars from approx $210.00 to $235.00

DIY installs on all plus a wheel alignment and for just under $600 u have a completely different car in terms on handling :thumbsup:

note: those r rrp i have better ones ;) lol

for THE best mod.....for the money.

Just grab a Whiteline rear swaybar - 20/22mm adjustable.
install this - EVEN on stock suspension and your car will handle alot better/ firmer :)

Yeah just get rear swaybar then get low down springs first
