McChook claims the first victim
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
lolz....was wondering when that pic was gonna be used on an unsuspectiing noob!
well, i have decided that enough is enough
and you claimed two in the first nite:) way to go:)
hahhahha thats funny!!!
Anyways, why would you build an engine that is almost at the end of its life. By than the car would be worth less than what an engine would cost or even to fix. Why not throw the POS out and get yourself a another car.
just need a quick answer...not an essay
anyone kind enuff?
Strip it down. Get the cylinders honed. Oversize bearings, new seals and gaskets. Head to be refurbished. Valves re-set. Prolly new valve springs. Cam will be worn etc.
About 4-5 grand to get a Honda engine done professionally.
Prolly about the same if you try to do it yourself as it's not easy and you will prolly screw it up. Been there done that.
Get a short block instead or a low km JDM engine - it's a lot cheaper.
Me - I'd get a low km runner.
short block???
please excuse my intelligence..
from what i think a short block is only the engine without accessories and bits on it.. eg. distriutor, starter, pumps, stuff like that.
short block is enigne w/o head
