Its been a while since turbod has been seen roaming the city streets. The time has almost come, and the colmination of a years worth of work is about to peak. I really wanted to wait till she had some dyno numbers down, but i cant wait any longer.

She hasnt even been started up yet since the rebuild. SO nervous! THis week im finish off a few little things, bolts, clamps and giving her a once over, and she will be getting tuned next week. Dyno dave is going to help me out, and is really the only guy i trust with my D's life !
After the break in im looking at pushing ~18psi out of her and revving to around 8-8500rpm. I think my intake manifold is going to hold me back at the moment with topend power, but i want to see a nice meaty power curve. It took me forever to find this gt2871r, and ive know it can produce an awsome street/strip power :)
My goals are around 110mph on the 1/4mile and ~200kw. Ive got the setup, its just a matter to see if she holds together. D-series is know for there tempramental timing problems.
I know ive got a whole heep to say, but thats all i can think of at the moment. All i know is guys, D-series can make the power that dreams are made of, do go throwing it away!
Enjoy the pics!!
