00-99 to 96-98 harness

im not sure about this but are there any harnessess that convert from a 99-00 civic harness to a 96-98civic harness??? i mean the ECU plug harness......coz i saw this power fc for sale but its for the 96-98 civic and i have a 00 civic...this will be better than getting a chipped ECU is can get it to plug in.
