Opinions on the CRX??

Hi Guys.

Just joined your forum and its full of usefull info. I've had a bit of a look around and learnt alot in the last few hours just from this site.

At the moment I own a holden barina which i've put a filter and exhaust on. I don't wanna spend too much money on it because......its a barina!! hehe.

Im llokin at buyin a crx, probably the 3rd gen, with the b16a2. Just wantin to know what you guys think of these cars?? Are they reliable?? I know they've got alot of potential just from lookin at your site.

Im lookin to turn a few heads so i think the 3rd gen shape will make that happen but i also wanna kick a little ass at the lights and i was wonderin how the 3rd gen goes against other small hatches. eg. civic, pulsar, etc

Anyway, im sure you guys will know what your on about.

i own a gen3, love it.

dont let the gen2 owners put you off this little gem, they're just jealous they dont own one.

It may not be the most performance orientated Honda platform, but it's got character and the driving experience is right up there with the best.

gen3 rex > any honda sports car expect s2k and nsx

crx seems to have very huge side windows tho. but anything beats mitshu. :(

gen 3 can look mean. a nice subtle yet aggresive lipping kit, lowered and a good choice of rims (preferably JDM forged glory). zeldas gen3 looks good.
gen2 already look aggressive but too many get overly blinged up and lose their appeal. in fact alot just end up lloking plain stupid.
all comes down to what you do with it. theres even some hot gen1's getting around.

I own a gen 2 and a gen 3 rex... I'd take the gen 3 over the gen 2 anyday of the week.

its a nice car, and of course, a HONDA. against other cars? at the track? :P it depends what you do to it...

I love my Gen 3, even more so that the weather is heating up, some call it girly, but who cares when it pulls the girls anyway!

Very reliable already got a B16 so no need for a transplant. Eg6 Lip, lower, and jdm rims and ur set.
