b18c blocks?

as below .. jsut found my anser ehehehe

There are heaps of differences between the ITR and the VTIR blocks, do a search i've seen this covered heaps, basically from what i understand of it the ITR is better tuned and is made of better components. I'm unsure about the cranks though.
