A stock system does domething like 4dB under the legal limit. So its really your only choice.
U could try a xforce twin loop muffler (like $200 of some of the traders)
But im not sure what levels they put out

Cheapest way to reduce noise being made from ur car, as mentioned above, is to purchase a silencer for ur muffler.
-
thanks
any clue how much them cost???
i'lve searched it up on ebay..but can't find nothing
-
$80 at autojoy.
BUT!! What they didnt tell u is. Cops dont like silencers cos u can take it out (just 1 scew) so they may defect u ANYWAYS.
-
silencers are defectable unless welded. it is a flying hazard should the one screw come off
-
er...dammm....
i might aswell get a new exhause..a silent one..any suggestion??

go for the twin loop, mate
if you want to play it safe:thumbsup:

go find a standard civic muffler from the wreckers and then take it to an exhuast shop along with your car and get them to fit it. you will be legal in no time.

i reckon go the twin loop. it looks nicer than the stock exhaust.... unless you put a nice tip on it.
