is it ok to turn single camshaft?

is it ok to turn intake or exhuast camshafts when...

both timing belt and spark plutgs are removed...

I think its ok jsut to make sure...

Dont want no bent valves..

Im doing this to remove the cam gear bolts

its not ok

but depending on the position of the crank shaft, then you can do it if the timming belt is off,

but if the crank is set to TDC, DO NOT DO IT
