Heater Reading at 27 blowing cool air

SUBJECT SHOULD BE: Heater Reading at 28 blowing cold air

Hi All, :wave:

My Honda Euro 06 Standard is 3 weeks old and I've noticed that when using the heater I have to have it on "29" for warm air to start blowing out; 28 is cool air.

I was just curious to see when does warm air start for other Euro owners?

Is warm air at 29 normal, considering the gauge starts at 19 and goes through to 30 (or 31?).

I've tried this with Air Con Off and On, Dual On and Off and Recycle Air off.

I'm taking it to the dealership this week for the 1000km service, just like to know if this is something worth mentioning or if this is normal.

No it's not.It depends on outside temp.but mine puts out warm air from 23.Get dealer to check it out.should be easy to fix.:)

Yes i agree with tony1234 if your worried about it or anything else get mention it to your dealer, thats what they are their for.....

its called climet control, read your instruction booklet on how to use your heat/air-con.

Its' because it is climate control.It adjusts the inside temp.relative to the outside temp.

climate control doesnt adjust temp relative to outside - climate control maintains a constant inside temp based on your settings.

i'll mention it with the dealer this week, considering tony1234 gets warm air from 23 on wards. 27 on mine is still quite cool.

anyone else have warm air from 23 onwards?

warm air should be out at 22-23 in winter 8am
i parked in the street and usually it is very cold.
i turn on 23-24 and put fan to the strongest, it should heat up after 5 mins to make me feel HOT

Yeah,that's what i meant.Depends on time of day,cold hot etc.23 good for AM winter then sometimes turn up during the day!

yep - definatley looks like a problem. I'd be driving for over an hour and 27 is cool air even after toggling all the variable heating options.

You might consider thatyour temp gauge may need calibrating. I seem to remember in the owners manual that thius is adjustable by 3 degrees C.

Yep I get warm air from around 23, 27 should be fairly hot.
