Installed Typhoon CAI

well my Typhoon CAI arrived today thanks to undergroundimports and boy am i impressed!
i had a little bit of trouble getting to the bolt at the front of the resonator, but after some help from on here, it was smooth sailing! took me about 2 hours from opening the bonnet to taking it for a drive, i thought it would have taken a bit longer...

when i first started the car, i wasnt all that impressed, i couldnt really hear any difference, even after giving it a bit of a rev.... then i took it for a drive!!!
i never thought a CAI would make that much of a difference (mainly intake sound) but it was amazing! i couldnt really notice any power gains, but then again i was too focused on the sound!
anyway just wanted to share my excitement and post a couple of pics :D

I just installed my icebox and im really loving how the car drives...and sounds, yummy!

I love that VTEC sound:p

pod filters sound very agressive on the euro, it's an awesome sound and damn! i didn't know the k&n's came packaged with a dry charger (the black mesh cover for the filter to sop water splashes).

now your sports euro sounds like a sports euro ;)

umm, are the attachments working? cant see them.

and yeah it definatly sounds like a more sporty car!! and with how the whether has been in perth lately i needed the dry charger just incase

haha sorry that was a bit slow of me! umm they are working on my page?? i dont know how to fix it if they arent working for other people?

Edit: is there another way of putting the pics up? i attached them normally....

my injen cai is still an SRI atm...still too paranoid to install as a CAI...

and i can't see the pics either...

Yeh there seems to be a problem with the thumbnails on this forum.
Maybe you could upload the JPG's to http://www.imageshack.us/ and use the [ IMG ] tags to post them?
