spraying front lip etc. suggestions?

hey theres..l want all my black lips and side skirts sprayed white

anybody recomend a place ?

Civic coupe - respray rear bear, knocked out a dent at the bak just under the signal light at the back, sprayed the blak part behind numba plate to white (colour code) and also sprayed front aftermarket grill. all done for $150

i was shocked it was that cheap! thought my panel beater frend was joking around
