10psi is enough on a B16a to require you to run less than 10.5:1 compression ratio. Less than 10 would be ideal.

it depends on how far you wanna go with it. if u want huge power strengthen the motor so you can run high boost.
If u are planning not to strengthen the motor then maybe go for 7psi and that is with very good tuning

yeah you could, for a while, but it will seriously limit the life of ur engine, 6 psi should be ok, but any higher and u'd have to think about the rebuild
how much are rebuilds and what would be involved? how long would the engine last on 6 psi?
