it may be helpful to mention where you live, what car/motor it is for and your budget. also if you want to leave capacity standard or more.
any engine rebilder can do a simple re-sleeving job. you do have to pull the engine out to do it, so thats the most costly part of it....
budget at least $5-800
i am in melbourne it is a h22a1, i am after a quality job, rather do it right the first time. I want it bored and honed out to 89mm
as i said to you jason before i left for japan....send it to the us, the only way to go...i wouldnt trust anyone in australia....
That's a bit harsh, any reason for not trusting anyone in australia?Quote:

nothing wrong with aussie sleeved blocks, we run 9.79@147 with our aussie block and built engine, using american parts of course :)
online - what sleeves? darton, GE or what?
do you do it yourself?
what sort of price for decent NA sleeves?
cheers,
darton,GE, AEBS. your choice, which sleeves you need, H22A or B series
hey Jb, ull be sweet with an engine builder down here man. I got a few numbers for ya to call man, but it costs a fair bit.
we send the blocks away but we bring the sleeves in from the US and build the engine after it has been sleeved
bringing this back to life for a moment...sorry...
and excuse my ignorance (!?!), but can someone explain what resleeving is??
gimme a price on b20 sleeves? cheapest to most expesive
