Turbo Manifolds - log style

I know for a turbo manifold, you would want tuned length runners..

however i have noticed some log manifold look quiet horrible in runner length design...

I have been looking at the older OEM D series log manifold which people use to turbo.. and am wondering why it couldnt be done to the b series log..

was this a bseries log? or d series log?

thats the first ive heard of using the Bseries cast manifold..

Why cant it be used straight with an adaptor plate like what they do with the D series.. is there any reason why it needs to be chopped... :confused:

about halfway off the block itself. But its 2 secondaries ~ which must be chopped or modded to fit a turbo inlet.
The D series one spoken of , was a 4-1 design and had quite short primaries. Look at the AUDM EK1 for a similar design (4-1)

d series 4-1 with short runners
