Here is a list of Honda Engine codes I once came across. I forget where I got it from but I think it was posted by someone at 3geez.com. If so all credit goes to that individual.
Anyway here's the link
To convert to kW, simply multiply the HP rating by 0.74 (approx).

thats pretty neat.
just wonderin wheres the AUSDM engines? or do u just use the JDM ones?
-
thats is one AWESOME list!!!!!
-
Just with that list, I am guessing that the HP figures given would be slightly higher than what they would be here in Aus. Reason why I say this is coz they have higher standard octane fuel.
I know Aus is 91 RON, (standard) I cant recall the exact figure for US but im sure its higher!
-
Nah in the US certain areas have worse fuel (like 88 octane!) and some have the same, some have better. Usually their premium is only like 93 octane though some servos have higher octane fuel (some even have 100 octane at the pump)
-
Actually, we get better fuel than the US so they are roughly correct.
-
Hmm.. Im a little surprised to hear that considering local papers here constantly bag and beg for higher grade fuel and always whinging about how overseas fuel is better quality.
Im guessing Japan would definitely have better fuel? as would major European countries?
-
That is correct.
But from what I have heard, The USA don't get as good fuel as us (their premium is not anywhere near our 98 RON). So we aren't AS bad off as people think.
-
yeh in jap u can get 100RON off pump i think.
there is a fair bit of whinging though about not havin 100RON fuel in aus, and papers saying how its holding aus back from the real performance cars. bah.

if anything the yank spec engines are a couple of hp less than ours.

What's with the tq in the torque figures? Torque is measured in Newton-Meters. (Nm)
-
I think that measurement is in lb-ft, which is another measure for torque
