Auto B16a?

out of a EG9 auto
does has any1 driven and owned a auto b16a?
is it 4 speed auto or 5 speed?
how are the gear ratios?
also does it have less power than your average b16a??

danny, i havent driven one but i am sure i read somewhere that an auto b16 has different cams and well isnt as powerful, but could be wrong :zip:

a friend of mine way back when was going to swap in an auto b16 for an auto zc

i rekon itd be OKAY for daily driving etc with a bit of power to make it up hills etc but it wont be as fast as a manual one...
But what trav says is true, they do have different cams...
A guy round the corner from me has an auto EM1 and that seems to go alright...

i've only seen the gli, coupe 99-00 which is a D series auto. Come in auto only for the Gli
