b18c7 to b20vtec

hey guys have a few questions about b20vtec, what would i need to convert a b18c7 to b20vtec?

New head studs
(retain your pistons if you want the higher CR)
Rod bolts
bearings

sorry search and didnt see that must be the title, also what type of stroker kits are avaliable? to make it b22?
