want lower the car, need suggestion~

hey, guys.
i want lower my car about 1"-1.5". budget below $500.
any suggestion which spring should i go? and is it just replace the spring?
what else i need take care about?

since you just want to be alittle lower for a budget price - look at KING SPRINGS.
And pay a DIY guy on this forum to install cheap.

Probably cost $300 all up

im in sydney.
some people told me to get king spring, some people told me king spring is not good.
i dont know which part is right. hows function for king spring?

if your dropping you will have increase wear on your stock shocks, so you should get a shock replacement too.

if you want looks and handling, recommended to go bilstein/eibach spring/shock combo, but that will cost more than your budget of $500.

My 2C.

If you just want to replace springs then get Eibach.They are one of the best for stock shocks.

just save up a bit more and buy a set of used tein ss or eibach springs + konis / bilsteins for ~ $800. Try to do it right the first time.

so it is better to change shock and spring together rite? instead of just changing sping and use the stock shock

you can but you increase shock wear.

better not to use stock shock but people do sometimes. depending on your budget but as people also say you do it right the first time.

So for under $500 he can only afford king springs or similar . Not aftermarket shocks too.
Aftermarket springs will be fine with only a slight drop - 1-1.5 inches is fine for stock shocks.

i want do it in once as well, i dont want replace so many times.
tein SS is good, but all the second hand one is more than 800.
which one is better choice, replace the spring?or replace to tein SS?
also, how many should i drop if i have manufactory lips on?
cuz it looks like more lower with the lips.
