dude i was going to post exactly the same thing......
i have the same problem... it feels like its getting stuck... but its not...
Help us guys!

Would be looking at your accelerator cable / throttle body, open up the bonet, and manually operate it and see where its struggling, then lube up the cable with some all purpose grease or some silicone spray/WD 40 (I prefer silicone because its not a strong oil based, so if you do overspray a the TB a little, it wont be as bad imo. that would be the first thing to look at
could also be one of the pivots for the accelerator pedal under the dash.
or the cable could be too tight, but thats unlikely to happen over time, unless the locknut was loose ---- at the throttle body, where the cable connects to it,make sure there is a little slack there,it should not be tight and holding the butterfly open at all
Maybe you should stop trying to turn your car on.
WD40 is not a good lube.
i'd say the cable inside has frayed somehow and is getting caught
if worse comes to worst just replace the cable with another
clean out the TB.. probably greasy
My friend had problem with throttle getting stuck. Turn out the throttle body had to be changed as the springs and shaft where all corroded.
i havea similar problem
it gets stuck only at the initial pressing of the peddle, n sumtimes jerks a bit
pisses meee off baddd
