(HIDS) Bi-Xenon and Hi/Lo

Ok i know HIDS Hi/Lo but what is Bi-Xenon and whys it cost more?

Hi/Lo can mean that its hi Xenon and low is the standard Halegon or both Xenon
Bi-Xenon is that both hi & low are Xenon
