Good read there....i love reading feed back like that! Its good to learn more and see things from the customers point of view....salesman like that make me so angry as they give the good ones a bad name!
I dont care if my customers rock up with thongs on and ripped shirt driving a datsun 120y, the all get the same quality service and respect! I treat them like they have $500,000k to spend! even if its just on a jazz too!
