Good read there....i love reading feed back like that! Its good to learn more and see things from the customers point of view....salesman like that make me so angry as they give the good ones a bad name!
I dont care if my customers rock up with thongs on and ripped shirt driving a datsun 120y, the all get the same quality service and respect! I treat them like they have $500,000k to spend! even if its just on a jazz too!

My friend just signed a MY06 Euro Lux Auto RED yesterday at Southside Honda Brisbane, with floor mats, tints, skirts all around (no boot spoiler).. for $45000. Not the best deal around, as last time he bought a car was 11 years ago.
I paid $34,000 for std man on road including, mats, headlamp protectors & darkest street legal tint.
I worry that we paid too much...
In June last year (2005) we got a new Euro Lux Auto in Graphite, with Spoiler, Genuine towbar, Tints and Mats for $44 200. No trade in, non-stock item.
Impulse buy though.

Pre discounting/negotiations I was quoted around $50.6K

Promotion or not , its up to dealers discretion if they want to sweeten the deal or not. doesn't have to be a promotion to offer 5 years extended warranty, they can offer it anytime.Quote:
