Next round might be the most boring to some people but there is always a big crash and the history at the place is terrific.

I reckon the tyre rule has proven to be a good one. I had my doubts and I seriously didn't believe they could make tyres to last a qualifying lap and 66 race laps. But I was wrong. They can do it and they have done it. I reckon it's good in a number of ways.
And Jase, you're right. Monaco is historically one of the most boring races. There is no straight. That means there is no passing. It's about qualifying, a good start and concentration. It's a race for the drivers and the teams. It's intense for them as one small mistake and that's it. But as far as watching the race goes... it's not that great.
Could be different this year, you never know. That's why I'll be watching ofcourse.
yeah, i liked the tyre changing, being able to blast out and shred your tyres on a short middle stint like schumey used to do.
As for Monaco, its a great race, but a processional one, I like watching it just to see the place. I went there a couple of years ago too, the Bus pulled into pole position and stopped on the straight haha (gotta love contiki).
I don't understand how if you're team isn't racing it can be boring, the race was great, whoever is in it. Using the footy example, I'm a Crows man myself, but i still enjoy watching any other good game, whoevers playing.
I think even Kimi had abit of a heart attack when he saw the blue smoke after his pit stop, anyone see him talking about it in the interviews?
Wouldn't be the first time Kimi was coming first and his engine let go.

haha, yeah, i also thought a bit of the "here we go again" when i saw the smoke from raikonnen's car. How was Trulli (?)'s fire in the pit lane though, rear jack guy would have a nice tan....

yes like I said before, theres a severe lack of strategy in the sport now....sorry spelling mistake there, not sport, "business". Tyre changes were great so much mind work just went into planning the race and so many factors were included I loved it.
LOL Kimi in first with blue smoke wouldnt of suprised him much, good the car finally got through the race for him I feel sorry at times.
And yes some pic's of those flames would be great! when they first cut to it, it didn't seem to bad cause theyd died down, but that replay! they were huge!
Yeh the trulli fire was farkin crazy, that woulda really fried the poor bastard checking the right rear tyre. Anybody smell singed hair/ burning flesh? :P

It was very unlike Ralf not to go for a kamikaze and punt Trulli off the track. He must've thought about it. I think he just never got close enough, 'cos if I know Ralf, if he gets a sniff, he'll dive up the inside even if it means risking a big crash. Very unlike him to be so restrained. If i was in the Toyota camp I would've been biting my nails to the wrist.
Yeh, Ralf is a bad racer IMO. They musta been yelling into his radio "DONT HIT TRULLI"
