rear sway bar should be first priority IMO
Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum and i was wondering if you guys know where i can buy MUGEN VENTILATED VISOR Clips cause my friend accidently dropped it in the drain while helping me install the Visors on my car.
I'm also interested in buying it off people IF they sell.
thanks !
i slammed my car today and i streaded about 5mm of my tyres >.> 235/45/17s
Did u get the coils off khoi? LoL I told u when u first got the drift teks that the tyres would scrub crazy
i was gonna get the coils off khoi... all paid for but he was lazy to take them off. so i went for some new coils off ebay when i get my money back :)
yer we took it off today and switched on the spot..... hey aero how high can the back go lol... we raised it 110mm from first tread to first collar and half my tyre is still tucked in.
Yeah, those coils are a bit weird. I had to put the rears on max height when I had some 18x9.5 +30 wheels with 235 tyres and no camber arms. There was only about a 2mm gap between the rear guard and tyre. I could get around on flat straight roads okay, but bumps and turns were aweful. To the point where smoke would pour fr
the tyres rubbing on the guards lol.
The coils do lowering very well, but are mot so good at raising. Just take ur wheels off til u can get some smaller tyres
Yeah Sorry Bao :(
On another note - stock sussy back in and now when on highway and around 110~ i randomly get periods of a few seconds each where the steering wheel shakes a lot? :S
Is it as simple as a wheel alignment or something else?
Wheel alignment will usually fix this. Can also come from uneven camber or toe.
Sometimes it may be due to lower control arms that are on their way out too. When the rubber gets old and loose you get too much play.
Also check that your wheel nuts are all tight, but if it were loose nuts you'd likely hear clunking too.
yer those coils are good for lowering..... it's a bitch for me coz i cant get into my house properly.... anyways on another note, they handle alright less body roll, i was smashing it around bends and straight and i rears wanted to give but they didnt lol but i was runnin steelies haha.... i might run 215/40/17 on the rear and 215/45 on the fronts.
