As stig said, there is pretty much no difference. Its hard to get power from the r18a unless you spend alot of money, turbo it or supercharge.
I have the fd2, so it's a K series engine :S does that make a difference...
also hard to get gains from the k20z2. not as easy as all the other k series motors
And the newer fd's dont have many available parts around.
ahhh ok thanks guys. just wondering, would a dc5r catback (standard piping) fit on the FD2? If not, how much would it be to get it fitted?
no point fitting an exhaust from another car tbh. layout work will be a bitch. and the compression ratio for the engines are probably different meaning it wont help but make sound, probably make u lose low end power in the end so yeah waste of money. just get a muffler if u want sound and spend the rest on handling mods
Power mods.... Not really worth it man. Be the 2nd turbo fd2 or supercharge it

you can do custom catback ... castle hill exhaust quoted me around 500bucks including all piping mandrel bends, muffler and titanium tip
No turbo for ages as I'm a P plater :P thanks, I might pop down to castle hill exhaust today.
