gargh i cant justify a purchase for coilovers if all i want is to lower the car a little. and what was the answer to that question regarding height adjusted for coilovers? do u have to take it to a shop every single time to do it?

whats a damper for

The damper is used to prevent/reduce the car from moving up and down (resonant motion) when you went over a bumpy road. When a car shock absorber is broken, normally you will see this effect when it went over bumpy road (even when the road is only little bumpy).

I bought an Eibach spring, and based on many people I talk to they advice me to use coilover so I didn't even dare to put the spring on and now I am in process of buying coilover n need to sell my spring.

So I think I wouldn't be the right person to answer your question as I wouldn't go that way.
