At that price, I'd go out on a limb and say that they're fake. Bought mine direct from Japan last year and the price was ¥11,760 (equivalent at the time to about $180) exclusive of shipping.Quote:

Cool, yeah I wasn't sure whether ppl made fake project kics. I mailed the seller and he replied "as far as I know they are genuine" which clearly means they are fake lol

Knocking noises could b a number of things. Common prob with ep3 are tie rod ends. Check if there is play in themQuote:

Check your swaybar end-links to see if they're worn or have any play. Also could be the steering rack needing the famous regreasing. I had a similar problem where I had a really deep creaking sound which almost sounded knocking when parking or doing any manoeuvres; it was sometimes evident when pulling away as well.
