Id be richer if I hadn't just ordered a 235i to replace the old girl, but no I am only really interested in ap2's. And ive got plenty of time to wait for the right car as I cant see it been driven more than once/twice a week.

I bought the car just over 3 years ago, with 27.780 on the clock. It had been a 12 month effort to find the car I wanted.

I'm averaging 5000 a year, which is a bit higher than planned. It is hard not to reach for the S keys, when ever I am not going near supermarket parking lots. My TR7 was off the road for 3 months getting air conditioning fitted & another 4 months getting a bare metal paint job. It is now back to taking some of the load.

I have a Ford Capri, [Oz type 2+2] for parking lots etc., to help keep the S as it should be.

If the body and interior is in good shape, i would part easily just under 15k for that. If rough all around ... 8k?? 9k?? Which is a very good resale value.

Few months ago, Car Auction in Villawood were selling a 208,000KM for 8K. The 2nd day they increased to 13k Lol. She was rough all around.
