Worth buying? If the Mrs lets me.... might have to wait until after I get tax return...

Gahh.. For an extra $400 you can have a SET of SR3's.
SR3's are brilliant. Shit all over the later model (SR4) Recaro's. Plus, that seat looks like arse. Literally, dirty as fcuk.
yea, it does look crappy. I think I'll pass.
Sr3s for 1000. Where can I find them? + rails would cost an extra 300 each = 1600 bucks. Maybe I might consider it.
Sr3s are pretty flat and unsupportive though... more style than substance IMO.
My main aim for the car is streeter and part-time weekend track day warrior. I'd be happy with just one seat. The bride seat looks dirty, but look at the bolsters, that would really keep me in my seat on the track twisties.
Sr4's are flat and unsupportive... If you think sr3's are bad, try the 4's... SUCH a step back from the previous design... Sr3 FTW.
Just keep an eye out Mike, I've seen sets in great condition go for just over a $1k.
just found this site: http://www.j-imports.com.au/uSeats.htm
I guess if the sr3s don't support me enough I could look into a racing harness.
BTW, how much is mod plate/ engineers certificate?
$140 Mike :)
thanks Brett!
Grom is in and it works great!
Next step: Replace worn genuine floor mats with new genuine floor mats. It's gonna cost!
Sounds awesome, but only prob with buying seats is interstate shipping for seats is expensive (they are so large) and used seats def have to be viewed personally. Might be even worth a cheap flight to view them perhaps.
I'm gonna se if I can source locally, but I'm not ready to commit to but right now anyways.
