EP3 Type R

Has anyone else experienced people pulling up next to them and asking if ur selling ur car?

The noise seems to be when you take off in first for a few seconds and again after you change into second and sometimes third. Sometimes when you hit a bump or turn but usually in a straight line... I know that doesn't really help diagnose what it is.

My mechanic thought it could possibly be RHS engine mount but it looks like it is in good condition...

Sounds alot like the steering rack squeak, had the same problem and i'm pretty sure a lot of the guys here did to.

Yep. And further funny questions like "is it Mugen?"

Wtf is that supposed to mean? Yes it has Mugen parts but its not a Mugen..

never had that happened,

but i did once, driving on cumberland highway about to turn onto the M4 heading to stratty, was talking to some random guy who was driving the same car. we both had eye contact, and i decided to slide my windows down and said nice car.

lucky for us, we were both stuck in traffic so we decided to talk about what things we had on our cars and also about clubITR. mind you he was on the opposite direction of traffic. lol

ive only had bogans say nice car brah, do a skid brah

Plenty of guys ask for a rev/skid. But I've noticed a lot of them asking if I was selling were from younger middle eastern looking background.
Don't know to take them genuinely or be suspicious haha

Yeah same thing happened when I used to drive my ep3 as well. I had some guy in a sportivo trying to race me in the m5 once. I was thinking is he must be crazy.

I also had an EP3 guy wanting to give me a run...

What are the main advantages of Haltech over Kpro or Kpro over Haltech? I have plans to possibly supercharge the ep3. I hear haltech has more tuning options and Kpro is simpler?
