To those who have had delays with their deliveries, I recommend speaking to the dealer and try squeezing out some extras as for compensation.

I was able to get car mats added and door sills !

With the Vibe-s or Vibe overall Jap vs Thai is there any difference in the engine bay wise? As in CAI parts?

I wouldn't have thought so. It's the same engine, just different interior, body panels and electric goodies.

My dealer called me today. The ship that arrived on the 25th in Brisbane wasn't able to unload as there were already 2 ships there (yay for crowded Brisbane Port) so it was sent to Sydney. This ship had Marchs cars on it. Aprils due cars are not on this ship.

Wow that's terrible! When does the ship loop back to Brisbane or do the cars get offloaded in Sydney and get trucked to Brisbane?

I beleive they will be trucked around the country from there but I'm assuming.

My dealer told me he has to ring every waiting client each week to 10 days even if he has no news otherwise he gets in trouble.

^you have a good dealer then. My one called for the first time this morning, after placing my order 1.5months ago, to tell me the unit is expected 3rd week of april.

I am wary they'll deliver on time though...

Looks like the ship has docked @ Sydney and Melbourne and now on it's way to Perth.
Anyone heard about their March shipment getting to the actual dealer yet?

"I picked up my Jazz Vibe-S on Friday. I ordered 4th Feb. I was originally told it would come mid Feb, then got told it was delayed till the second shipment which was due Mid March. Finally I have it though. Absolutely love it!

I know there was at least one other Vibe-S from my dealer that was delayed the same as mine. Mine was bought in Perth if that's any help."

lol that Gholi person is an idiot. He wants to complain about what he payed? he payed what most people payed for the car and he decided to purchase extras like extended warranty (approx 900- 1200) and is complaining?
