i brought this up before but i once ordered a astra (current model) & had to wait 4 months for it.
it's always gonna be tough to please everybody, also the fact that the factory has to serve the rest of asia also. the best bet would be if you want one is to pick 2-3 colours in the model you want then the dealer has a more of a chance of getting you a car sooner perhaps.
True but its just white in WA that they cant get, i could have a civic sport in any other colour tommrow but i will wait for white :D
Your fuel figures are good.Quote:

Yeh I'm pretty happy that fuel economy, it's very good. Much better than the euro but obviously due to smaller motor as well.
I might have to test my assumption that a delsol can beat the sport very soon. :D
I like the drive (in auto) for the new Civic... but the sourcing from Thailand is to keep prices low 'coz of FTA isn't it? But we don't get stability control :(
stability control hey  honestly go & do an advance driving course for a week you will never look back.Quote:

put it this way.........redline third and you'd be abit scared if you really look outside to gauge how fast your going.......Quote:

good point... it has required a bit of adjusting to get used to a car which goes but makes no sound... the ITR and EG both gave a good growl on launch... this civic is a bit quiet for my liking hehe
straightline is all good but corners are way more fun! ;) I'm more interested in the cornering capabilities of the Sport - have you guys had the chance to do any downhill runs yet?
cheers
