i think getting 7.5k is good money. car market it slow these days.
I haven't found a car i want yet though, so no rush to sell. But if i do find one... i won't be able to sell it fast enough to get money to buy. Can try get a loan off someone i guess.
Looking at this white DC2R advertised for 13K but it the rear bar looks resprayed so im assuming it's been in some sort of accident. Type R badge at the back is also missing so the rear garnish also replaced/resprayed perhaps
http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/...d=13147D3F1FD0
The outside looks tidy but the drivers recaro bolster is massacred
yeah they didnt do a good job covering up the black plastic bits for the rear lol.
What black plastic bits?
just have a look at the car..
dont forget the car is over 10 years old already so cosmetic damage is expected
as long as the engine is strong & maintained it will be a good pickup
nego off the price if you can and then respray the whole car for 2.5k if thats really buggin you
and the cycle starts again.
Mint dc2r.........
Hmm... ill give it a few more days to see if he raises his offer. He's not gonna find another car in that condition with the same amount of extras for any cheaper.
7g's is manual VTiR money. Take that offer dude.
hmm, maybe another you might.
lmfao, all this time i thought you were talking about a VTIR but its only a GSI?
Cmon mate
You'll be losing money no matter what you do. You paid too much. $7500 is the most you can reasonably expect to get, in my opinion. He's low-balling an overpriced offer. It sucks that you're going to have to throw away money like that, but you already lost the $5k when you bought the car.
Selling up yet Indie? I can't find shit -_-
Going to check out an EG VTi soon, might settle for a D series lol
Been looking for shit for a manual conversion. Should cost under 2k and i can get everything i need pretty easily.
What's wrong with it you say? I don't know if you can call it a "car"
dont bother try to do manual conversion with c2/b2 manual gbox. not worth it.
might as well do an engine swap.
phuc dat
J swaps are where its at now
why did you buy your car in the first place my i ask ?
1st ever car?
jumped into it too fast, as we all do with 1st times.
thats not a fair question i would say. some people bought their car without knowing anything about it.
purely for looks / knowledge had at time of purchase.
if i knew what i know now, i would never buy a second hand car.
i'd buy a shell with clean title and build that.
The 2 above responses sum it up pretty much. I wanted a car, i looked for one and rushed into it (went specifically for dealerships too! thinking id get a good condition car) not taking into consideration resale value. I knew NOTHING back then, couldn't even open the bonnet or take off a wheel. Was a good (expensive) lesson nonetheless.
Now that i've researched and learnt some stuff about cars, i've DIY'd a bit on my car and others and saving as much money as possible and getting experience. Doing an automotive course this summer but sadly it's not enough as i still have no idea how to do engine conversions and the tricky stuff like timing belts, water pumps etc
guys no offence to anyone or anything but this is a ( ***Official What did you do to your Integra today***) not that you cant find a dc2 or anything like that.
Charlies talking about what he did and does with his Integra so its on topic
If people posted only what they did... this thread would be 1 page long, and it would be only Dubstein with his car when he first bought it and threw out some rice
whilst we are off topic why does everyone all of a sudden have penis's as their avatar?
We'll he's updating the people that are interested with things that are happening with HIS INTEGRA, hence we are actually on topic, because this is like a lounge area for people that want to share. It's not like you guys miss or gain any information when he makes a post..
today i installed a Fuel Pressure reg and gauge, considering this is a what did i do today it felt relavent
Benefits, nothin as of yet need a retune, but car backfires nicely when psi is up haha, cant keep psi up yet cuz need to install my fuel pump as it stalls.
and im sure im not only one mods a integra, if u wanna spam a thread, there is one for that.
JDM YO? im getting one on my windscreen then
The people who read and post on this thread are predominantly integra owners so what's the harm in asking them for opinions on integras. Better than making a new thread in the noob forum and getting flamed or trolled by randoms who know nothing about what you're saying.
I installed a new driveshaft today. thats both of them now. massive PITA.
And whoever said my gsi is overpriced... you got NO idea mate. GSis go for 13k+
http://digiads.com.au/carsales/used-...N-VIC-3181.htm
Hahahahhahahahaha
His dreaming
no some dude thinks his car is worth 13k, they dont go for 13k lol
I like this thread the way it is. Just change the name to the Integra general discussion thread, and there's no reason to complain.
GSis do not go for 13k.
13k??!! Thats waaaay too much.
Rofl.
Lol
That is funny he has it so high but maybe he has it that high for a reason I.e sold car waiting for the rest of the money so no one comes to look at it coz it's over priced or maybe he is trying to be a reversed scammer on those scamming pricks who are funnily enough all over the internet
:D

ur right vtec works great with single cams. hahahahaha cmon man rethink getting a single cam ull regret it, ull get it.. like the manual..then you will get used to manual and think wow, this is ****ing slow, and then want to sell it. hahaha even b18bs munch single cams hahaha, what driving experience? its a d series civic man.
Hahah i ain't never experienced vtec so it isn't a big deal to me vtec or not. I guess i'm just bored man, need some changes, want something new to learn.
