^^ what they replace to fix it? mine only does it when its wet, drives me insane, dont drive it when its wet or cold purley because of the noise!Quote:

yeap its the rubber boots in the engine bay, it has the rods on either side of the boots going towards the wheels. Yeah it sounds like its inside the car just behind the steering wheel. i even though the first time i heard it that the steering wheel was rubbing against something but it was definately my steering rackQuote:

you could try and do it urself but it looked like a bit of a bastard to get to. the mechanic got to it from underneath the car.
Guess what guys, sorted out my Blue Slip yesterday and went to the RTA today to register my EP3 but got called up for an "inspection" at the Carrington RTA in Newcastle and the earliest booking was Dec 9th.....its ridiculous.......
